By accessing and using the HSuite platform (hsuite.au), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Use of the Platform
HSuite provides a health intelligence platform for dental and medical practices, including payment plan management, application processing, and practice analytics. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify HSuite immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. Payment Plans & Financial Services
Payment plans facilitated through HSuite are provided by MediPay Pty Ltd (ACL 504136). HSuite acts as a technology platform and does not provide financial advice or credit services directly. All lending decisions are made by the credit provider.
5. Privacy & Data
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy & Credit Reporting Policy. We collect, use, and disclose personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the HSuite platform are owned by or licensed to HSuite. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without express written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HSuite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. The calculator tool provides estimates only and should not be relied upon as a formal quote or financial advice.
8. Changes to Terms
HSuite reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
